The LISTING MANAGER / EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT is a key Empire Protector for the growing expansion empire. This person is the master of systems, consistently seeking new, innovative, and efficient business processes that save time and money. As a key leader in the Expansion Hub, this person increases the ability of the Hub to process transactions, freeing the Network Referral Agents to focus more on generating transactions than closing them. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems, and is seen throughout the organization as the expert on efficiency and systems. This person exhibits a drive to use systems as a strategic tool for creating an advantage for the organization. This individual will have some ability to show patience in finding a solution, though accomplishing the objective is more important for this person than using one specific process.

The Listing Manager / Executive Assistant is deeply committed to supporting the growth of the Expansion Network Owner and Expansion Director in achieving greater and greater levels of success, and to growing his/her own skills and developing into a supportive leader within the organization. As the success of the business grows, this individual will be responsible for hiring, training, and leading additional department members to ensure all administrative tasks of the Expansion Network Owner’s business continue to be completed to high standards with maximum efficiency.

Area Team Leader

This person will be in charge of  finding talented sales agents to grow the business in their specific area and train them to get into production as fast as possible.  They will also need to work with buyers and sellers while doing so.  Responsible for Recruiting, Training,  Leading, Listing their team while utilizing the team HUB as a resource to fuel their business.   The Area Team Leader received a % of each agents sales plus their own sales compensation.

Marketing / Video Intern

We are looking for an intern to assist in creating filming and editing video content for social media, youtube and various website.  

Home Showing Agent

The showing agent will be an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with people, and is optimistic and outgoing.  They have a compelling desire to support their Lead Agent in achieving team success, while being out in the field and going through many homes. 

Outside Sales Agent

A Sales Agent for the Trivisonno Team is an outside sales agent who works with buyers and sellers.  Their main goal is to proactively go after people looking to purchase a home, sell a home or invest in real estate.  Opportunities for growth are available.
